In the course of the disease, various disorders of carbohydrate metabolism are detected, including newly diagnosed diabetes mellitus and transient hyperglycemia. This article presents two clinical cases with different course and duration of transient stress hyperglycemia against the background of coronavirus infection.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проблема влияния коронавирусной инфекции на углеводный обмен остается открытой. В ходе заболевания выявляются различные нарушения углеводного обмена, в том числе впервые выявленный сахарный диабет и транзиторная гипергликемия.
