The second part of the article provides information on changes in the spinal column typical of AS / axial spondyloarthritis, which have diagnostic significance and determine the prognosis of the so-called central type of AS.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье, написанной ревматологом и рентгенологом, которые в течение многих лет занимаются диагностикой анкилозирующего спондилита (АС) / аксиального спондилоартрита, даются советы в отношении рационального распознавания рассматриваемых заболеваний.
