This study analyzed the therapeutic and economic benefits of adalimumab. Patients with ankylosing spondylitis showed significant improvements in quality of life and work productivity after treatment with adalimumab, confirming its clinical and economic efficacy. In the case of juvenile idiopathic arthritis and psoriasis, adalimumab demonstrated high efficacy and safety, significantly improving patients' conditions, establishing it as the gold standard of therapy. The use of adalimumab biosimilars offers accessible alternatives to the original drugs, expanding treatment options and reducing the economic burden on patients.</p>
Полученные результаты подчеркивают важность применения адалимумаба в современной медицине и его значительный вклад в улучшение качества жизни пациентов с хроническими воспалительными заболеваниями.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>adalimumab</kwd><kwd>ankylosing spondylitis</kwd><kwd>psoriasis</kwd><kwd>juvenile idiopathic arthritis</kwd><kwd>tumor necrosis factor</kwd><kwd>efficacy</kwd><kwd>safety</kwd><kwd>randomized controlled clinical trials</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>адалимумаб</kwd><kwd>анкилозирующий спондилит</kwd><kwd>псориаз</kwd><kwd>юношеский (ювенильный) идиопатический артрит</kwd><kwd>фактор некроза опухоли</kwd><kwd>эффективность</kwd><kwd>безопасность</kwd><kwd>рандомизированные контролируемые клинические исследования</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Sukhanova AM, Gilavian MA, Melnik EV, et al.
