Several clinical studies, reviews, and clinical observations of dual biological therapy—the simultaneous use of two genetically engineered biologicaldrugs and/or targeted immunosuppressants in Crohn's disease (CD)—have been published in recent years. The article presents clinical cases withdual biological therapy with upadacitinib and ustekinumab in patients with severe CD, which was preceded by genetically engineered biologicaltherapy. After 26 weeks of combination therapy, all patients achieved clinical, endoscopic, and immunobiological remission of CD without seriousadverse events.

В последние годы опубликовано несколько клинических исследований, обзоров и клинических наблюдений двойной биологической терапии (ДБТ) - одновременного применения двух генно-инженерных биологических препаратов и/или таргетных иммуносупрессоров (ТИС) при болезни Крона (БК) .

В статье приведены клинические наблюдения ДБТ упадацитинибом и устекинумабом пациентов с тяжелой формой БК, которой предшествовала генно-инженерная биологическая терапия. Через 26 недель комбинированной терапии у всех пациентов достигнута клинико-эндоскопическая и иммунобиологическая ремиссия БК без развития серьезных нежелательных явлений.
