Key aspects include viral etiology, criteria for antibiotic prescription, the role of mucolytics, and non-specific preventive measures. The recommendations, based on recent research, aim to optimize patient management strategies in outpatient settings.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлены обновленные клинические рекомендации по диагностике и лечению острого бронхита, включая современные подходы к этиотропной и симптоматической терапии, дифференциальной диагностике и профилактике. Особое внимание уделено вирусной этиологии заболевания, критериям назначения антибиотиков, роли муколитиков и неспецифических мер профилактики.
