The relevance of the presented topic is undoubted, given that more than 200 million different non-cardiac surgeries are performed worldwide annually, the share of cardiac complications exceeds 50% of patients, and a consensus on the scope of examination and the prognostic parameters obtained is not always possible to achieve. A clear algorithm for preoperative examination, identification and consideration of prognostically significant parameters affects the stratification of perioperative risk, the choice of anesthetic and surgical tactics, the strategy of postoperative patient management, which is the basis for reducing the risk of cardiovascular complications.</p>
Четкий алгоритм предоперационного обследования, выявление и учет прогностически значимых параметров влияют на стратификацию периоперационного риска, выбор анестезиологической и хирургической тактики, стратегию послеоперационного ведения пациента, что служит основой для снижения риска сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>surgery</kwd><kwd>complication</kwd><kwd>diagnostics</kwd><kwd>risk</kwd><kwd>echocardiography</kwd><kwd>electrocardiogram</kwd><kwd>stress test</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>операция</kwd><kwd>осложнение</kwd><kwd>диагностика</kwd><kwd>риск</kwd><kwd>эхокардиография</kwd><kwd>электрокардиограмма</kwd><kwd>стресс-тест</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Сумин А.
