ИФА характеризуется воспалением и фиброзом легочного интерстиция и воздухоносных пространств, дезорганизацией структурно-функциональных единиц паренхимы (Scadding, 1964), что приводит к развитию рестриктивных изменений легких, нарушению газообмена, прогрессирующей дыхательной недостаточности и в конечном итоге к гибели больного. Современная терапия ИФА построена в основном на противовоспалительной терапии (кортикостероиды и цитостатики), т.е. препаратах, способных воздействовать на воспалительные и иммунологические звенья развития заболевания.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Scadding J.G.
