Более половины возбудителей ангиогенных инфекций является грамположительными бактериями, часть из них обладает резистентностью к обычно назначаемым антибиотикам [1]. Спектр полирезистентных грамположительных микробов не очень велик: стафилококки, резистентные к метициллину (MRSA/MRSE) или обладающие промежуточной резистентностью к гликопептидам (GISA), пневмококки с высокой степенью резистентности к пенициллину и энтерококки, резистентные к ванкомицину (VRE).
