Наличие газа в плевральной полости является следствием одного из 3 событий: 1) прямое сообщение между альвеолами и плевральной полостью; 2) прямое сообщение между атмосферой и плевральной полостью; 3) присутствие в плевральной полости газообразующих микроорганизмов.Все пневмотораксы можно разделить на спонтанные – не связанные с какой-либо явной причиной, травматические – связанные с прямой и непрямой травмой грудной клетки, и ятрогенные – связанные с врачебными вмешательствами. В свою очередь спонтанные пневмотораксы делятся на первичные – возникшие у человека без фоновой легочной патологии, и вторичные – возникшие на фоне заболеваний легких.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Noppen M, Schramel F.
