Традиционно при выборе антимикробных препаратов для терапии ИМП используют следующие критерии: высокая клиническая и микробиологическая эффективность, доказанная в клинических испытаниях; высокая активность антибиотика in vitro в отношении основных уропатогенов, низкий уровень резистентности в регионе; способность антибиотика создавать высокие концентрации в моче при приеме внутрь; высокий профиль безопасности; удобство приема, высокая комплаентность. Вопросы, связанные с важностью оценки уровня антибиотикорезистентности в регионе, фармакокинетические, фармакоэкономические достаточно широко обсуждаются в зарубежной и отечественной литературе. В настоящей статье мы хотели бы уделить внимание первому и, на наш взгляд, наиболее важному критерию, используемому при выборе антибиотикотерапии ИМП, - наличие доказательств эффективности и безопасности того или иного антибактериального препарата (АП) у пациентов с ИМП, а также сравнение эффективности и безопасности различных АП.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>инфекции мочевыводящих путей</kwd><kwd>бактериальные инфекции</kwd><kwd>антимикробные препараты</kwd><kwd>антибиотикотерапия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Wagenlehner F, Naber K.
