На сегодняшний день существует 3 основные группы бронхолитических препаратов: антихолинергические средства, b2-агонисты короткого и длительного действия и теофиллины.b2-Агонисты длительного действия (БАДД) – относительно новое поколение бронходилататоров. К их числу относятся зарегистрированные в Российской Федерации сальметерол и формотерол.
