Эта нозологическая группа, включающая анкилозирующий спондилоартрит (АС), реактивный артрит (РА), псориатический артрит (ПА), артрит при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника (ВЗК), а также недифференцированный спондилоартрит (ССА) отличается поражением не только опорно-двигательного аппарата, но и других органов и систем (глаз, кожи, слизистых оболочек, сердца, аорты, почек) [1]. Многообразие внесуставных проявлений отражает клинический полиморфизм ССА и характеризует их как заболевания с системным типом воспаления, при которых патология суставов и позвоночника может в разное время выступать в разных сочетаниях с поражением других органов. Особое место в клинической картине ССА занимают кардиальные проявления, поскольку их наличие во многом определяет прогноз и характер лечебных мероприятий. Первым сообщением о поражении сердца при ССА можно считать описание Mallory в 1936 г. аортальной регургитации у двух больных, предположительно имеющих ССА, хотя маловероятно, что в то время было понимание взаимосвязи между этими состояниями [3].
