[2]. В начале 60-х годов Black и соавт. создали пропранолол и другие b-адреноблокаторы. Для лечения артериальной гипертонии (АГ) b-блокатор пропранолол (индерал) был предложен в 1964 г. Prichard и соавт. [1]. Один из первых кардиоселективных b-блокаторов метопролол внедрен в практику в 1975 г. [2]. Несмотря на то что b-блокаторы являются конкурентными ингибиторами катехоламинов, механизм их действия, по-видимому, более сложен и до конца не раскрыт.Особое положение среди b-блокаторов занимает небиволол, который не отражен в таблице. Он является кардиоселективным, вазодилатирующим и пока единственным представителем группы b-блокаторов, стимулирующим высвобождение оксида азота.Имеется достаточное количество работ по гипотензивной эффективности небиволола. Однако наибольший интерес представляют работы, в которых оценены не только гипотензивные, но и дополнительные благоприятные свойства – воздействие на эндотелий.Изучение гипотензивного действия небиволола выявило совершенно необычное его свойство.
