Поэтому неслучайно около 2/3 пациентов с ИБС имеют сопутствующий диагноз «гипертоническая болезнь». Наличие же сопутствующих заболеваний диктует необходимость особых подходов к выбору антигипертензивных препаратов. Согласно 2-й редакции отечественных рекомендаций по лечению АГ (ВНОК, 2004 г.), а также современным рекомендациям по лечению стабильных форм ИБС необходимо обязательное назначение 2 классов антигипертензивных средств – b-блокаторов и ингибиторов ангиотензинпревращающего фермента (ИАПФ; периндоприл, рамиприл). Именно эти классы препаратов продемонстрировали, с одной стороны, способность снижать риск развития осложнений АГ (инфаркты миокарда – ИМ, инсульты, хроническая сердечная и почечная недостаточность), а с другой – улучшать прогноз у пациентов со стабильной формой ИБС.
