В России первая работа, посвященная СОАС, была опубликована 20 лет назад основоположником отечественной сомнологии академиком А.М.Вейном [2]. К настоящему времени получены данные о том, что СОАС является фактором риска развития артериальной гипертензии [3–6], нарушений ритма сердца [7, 8], ночной ишемии миокарда [9], инсультов [10, 11] и гормональных нарушений [12]. Значимость СОАС в развитии артериальной гипертензии оказалась настолько велика, что в 7-м отчете Объединенного национального комитета Американской ассоциации кардиологов по профилактике, диагностике, оценке и лечению повышенного артериального давления (JNC 7) СОАС был поставлен на первое место среди всех причин вторичных артериальных гипертензий [13]. В последние годы также появились работы, которые показали резкое увеличение частоты сердечно-сосудистых осложнений у пациентов с СОАС при проспективном наблюдении.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Guilleminault C, Tilkian A, Dement W.C.
