Несмотря на общую тенденцию к расширению показаний, оптимальными кандидатами для проведения КС остаются пациенты с изолированными поражениями коронарных артерий, у которых оптимальная медикаментозная терапия оказалась неэффективной. Малоконтролируемые процессы разрастания неоинтимы, возникающие в стентированном сегменте артерии после коронарной ангиопластики (КА), могут приводить к рецидиву стенокардии, что снижает отдаленную клиническую эффективность КС. Вероятность развития клинически значимого для пациента рестеноза при использовании стентов без лекарственного покрытия колеблется в пределах 15–50% и зависит от морфологических особенностей поражения и сопутствующих заболеваний пациента.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Serruys P.W., de Jaegere P, Kiemeneij F et al.
