Все большее количество больных с артериальной гипертонией (АГ) имеют множественные факторы риска, поражение органов-мишеней, сопутствующие сердечно-сосудистые, почечные заболевания и сахарный диабет. В России АГ зарегистрирована у 82% больных с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС). К сожалению, эти пациенты всегда имеют очень высокий риск развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений (ССО) и смерти от них. Контроль артериального давления (АД) у больных с ИБС имеет особо важное значение, поскольку риск развития повторных коронарных событий в значительной мере зависит от величины АД. Достижение целевого уровня АД менее 130/80 мм рт. ст. у этой категории пациентов возможно только на фоне комбинированной антигипертензивной терапии [1]. Вопрос выбора оптимальных лекарственных препаратов для комбинации определяется конкретной клинической ситуацией, наличием других факторов риска и сопутствующих заболеваний. У больных c АГ и ИБС препаратами первого выбора являются b-адреноблокаторы, дигидропиридиновые антагонисты кальция (АК и ингибиторы ангиотензинпревращающего фермента (ИАПФ). Назначение дигидропиридиновых АК больным АГ и ИБС оказывает позитивное влияние на ремоделирование сердца, сосудистой стенки и дисфункцию эндотелия, что может лежать в основе улучшения отдаленного прогноза у пациентов с проявлениями атеросклероза.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Диагностика и лечение артериальной гипертензии.
