При нарушении функции накопления мочевого пузыря возникают такие распространенные состояния, как гиперактивный мочевой пузырь (ГМП) и недержание мочи. Увеличение интереса к этим состояниям обусловлено не только выраженным негативным влиянием каждого из них на качество жизни пациентов, но и значительными затратами системы здравоохранения на лечение таких больных.Клиническая эффективность антихолинергических препаратов у больных с ГМП и недержанием мочи доказана во многих исследованиях [7]. Существующие различия антихолинергических препаратов по химической структуре, фармакокинетике и фармакодинамике определенным образом отражаются на их эффективности и профиле побочных эффектов [8]. Все антихолинергические препараты, за исключением троспия хлорида, являются третичными аминами, при этом троспия хлорид принадлежит к группе четвертичных аминов. Четвертичная структура молекулы троспия позволяет ей приобрести положительный заряд и в свою очередь высокую гидрофильность. Чем выше гидрофильность молекулы, тем хуже ее проникновение через липидные клеточные мембраны. В результате троспия хлорид в отличие от других антихолинергических препаратов практически не проникает через гематоэнцефалический барьер, что обусловливает низкую частоту побочных эффектов, связанных с его воздействием на центральную нервную систему (ЦНС).</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Abrams P, Cardozo L, Fall M et al.
