Причем пациент должен знать не только то, как получать правильные данные самоконтроля, например, откуда брать пробу, как часто делать тест и когда, но и определять индивидуальный целевой уровень гликемии (натощак или после еды), самостоятельно организовать свой образ жизни и/или прием препаратов согласно установленному целевому уровню глюкозы в крови, уметь принимать меры, если уровень глюкозы не соответствует целевому. Таким образом, современное определение самоконтроля включает регулярное самостоятельное измерение уровня глюкозы в крови между визитами к врачу с помощью глюкометра и использование полученных результатов для корректировки диеты, образа жизни и режима сахароснижающей терапии. При этом целью самоконтроля является отслеживание уровня глюкозы крови, улучшение контроля гликемии и достижение целевого значения уровня глюкозы крови. Особенно важен при самоконтроле совместный с врачом анализ полученных данных, который может способствовать улучшению компенсации диабета, выработке дальнейшей стратегии лечения конкретного пациента.Алгоритм самоконтроля, направленный на анализ конечного результата, приводит к снижению уровня гликированного гемоглобина практически на 50% больше по сравнению с самоконтролем, при котором не проводится оценка целевых значений уровня гликемии. Более того, сравнение данных, полученных при самоконтроле, с уровнем гликированного гемоглобина дает дополнительные возможности для улучшения компенсации углеводного обмена при СД.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Karter A.J., Ackerson L.M., Darbinian J.A. et al.
