Кроме того, зачастую расстройства сна возникают и развиваются в четкой связи с тем или иным состоянием женского организма. До настоящего времени не существует рекомендаций по лечению таких распространенных патологий, как синдром апноэ во сне, инсомния и синдром беспокойных ног во время беременности и в менопаузе. В ряде случаев клиницист может опираться на общие рекомендации и протоколы, однако часто, особенно во время беременности и лактации, требуется тщательный индивидуальный подход. Методических основ такого подхода в настоящее время в полной мере не существует.
