В последние десятилетия отмечается неуклонный рост распространенности данной патологии во всем мире, в том числе и в России. При этом отмечается выявление билиарной патологии во все более молодом возрасте. Особое место в структуре заболеваний ЖВП занимает желчнокаменная болезнь (ЖКБ). Ее относят к так называемым болезням цивилизации наряду с сахарным диабетом, артериальной гипертензией, мочекаменной болезнью, ожирением и др. В развитых странах распространенность ЖКБ у лиц среднего возраста достигает 10–17%.Одним из важных факторов в развитии ЖКБ является прием препаратов женских половых гормонов. В последние годы этот фактор становится все более актуальным в связи с широким применением половых стероидных гормонов как для контрацепции, так и при лечении разной гинекологической патологии. По данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения, около 100 млн женщин во всем мире используют оральные контрацептивы. Если учитывать только этот аспект применения гормональной терапии, возможность даже минимального влияния приема половых гормонов на развитие ЖКБ в масштабе использования комбинированных оральных контрацептивов (КОК) делает проблему участия экзогенных половых гормонов в развитии патологии ЖП чрезвычайно актуальной. В связи с этим возникла необходимость выделения групп риска в развитии билиарной патологии и разработке профилактических и лечебных мер в отношении ЖКБ во время беременности и при приеме препаратов женских половых стероидов. половых стероидных гормонов как для контрацепции, так и при лечении разной гинекологической патологии.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Губергриц Н.Б., Бен Хмида Макрем Бен Мекк.
