В небольших количествах АФК необходимы для нормальной регуляции функции сперматозоидов, их гиперактивации и акросомальной реакции. Но избыточная продукция АФК приводит к оксидативному стрессу (ОС) и повреждению мембраны сперматозоидов, снижению их подвижности и нарушению оплодотворяющей способности. Кроме того, АФК непосредственно повреждают ДНК хромосом и инициируют апоптоз сперматозоидов, что приводит в конечном счете к бесплодию.ОС – достаточно частое явление, выявляемое у 30–80% мужчин, страдающих бесплодием Подтверждением роли ОС в патогенезе мужского бесплодия являются также данные об эффективности применения разных антиоксидантов как in vivo, так и in vitro.В свете настоящих данных окислительное повреждение мембраны сперматозоидов приводит к нарушению оплодотворения, препятствуя поврежденной отеческой ДНК создать эмбрион.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>WHO manual for the standardized investigation and diagnosis of the infertile couple.
