Они включают в себя утрату полового влечения и эректильной функции, уменьшение мышечной массы и силы, изменения настроения и характера оволосения. Однако в течение последних 20 лет стали накапливаться сведения о том, что последствия гипогонадизма не ограничиваются изложенными изменениями. В частности, существует целый ряд доказательств существования связи между гипогонадизмом и заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы.
