Научный и клинический интерес к этой области обусловлен высоким процентом пациентов с глюкокортикостероидной (ГКС) резистентностью, постепенным формированием комплексного подхода к понятию «тяжелая БА» и появлением препаратов прицельного (таргетного) действия с четко обозначенной патогенетической обоснованностью. Справедливо отметить, что фенотипы выделяются не только при тяжелых формах БА, но высокая медико-социальная значимость проблемы именно у данной категории пациентов делает ее решение наиболее актуальным. В настоящее время сложно утверждать, что мы вплотную подошли к созданию новой классификации БА с более персонализированным подходом к лечению, но создание алгоритмов назначения терапии невозможно без формирования четко очерченных показаний, что, в свою очередь, невозможно без определения клинических фенотипов и лежащих в их основе пато - физиологических и воспалительных механизмов</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Chung et al.
