Накоплено много данных о негативном влиянии на течение и прогноз при СН как анемии, так и дефицита железа, как клинически явного (железодефицитная анемия – ЖДА), так и латентного. Результаты исследований с использованием препаратов, стимулирующих эритропоэз (эритропоэтинов – ЭПО), неоднозначны, а проведенные исследования препаратов железа включают мало пациентов, отличаются по дизайну и конечным точкам. В настоящее время нет утвержденных стандартов диагностики и лечения анемии и дефицита железа у пациентов с ХСН.В связи с этим задачи, касающиеся лечения анемии при ХСН, все чаще ставятся в последнее время в мировой медицинской практике. Осторожность в этом вопросе связана с тем, что исследования, в которых предпринимались попытки ее коррекции, достаточно небольшие по объему, короткие по времени, разные по дизайну. В настоящее время не существует принятых стандартов, когда начинать и прекращать лечение и какая цифра Hb является целевой.
