Комбинация клопидогрела с ацетилсалициловой кислотой (АСК) – двойная антиагрегантная терапия (ДАТ) – широко используется у больных атеросклерозом для профилактики артериального тромбоза после имплантации внутрисосудистых эндопротезов (стентов) и в постинфарктном периоде. Рекомендуемая годичная продолжительность профилактического курсового лечения антиагрегантами определена на основании статистических данных по выживаемости больных и частоте осложнений после имплантации стента или в постинфарктном периоде. Продолжительность лечения может накладывать свой отпечаток на качество выполнения врачебных рекомендаций из-за снижения внимания к выполнению предписаний, либо за этот период возможны изменения здоровья больного. Сложность оценки результатов лечения антиагрегантами заключается в отсутствии каких-либо ориентиров при определении эффекта терапии, поэтому до настоящего времени оценка эффективности проводится по жестким конечным точкам. Лабораторный контроль остается необщепризнанным.
