Сложившаяся ситуация имеет большое социально-экономическое значение и рассматривается как угроза национальной безопасности. При неэффективности стартовой антибиотикотерапии клиницисты вынуждены использовать антибактериальные препараты 2 и 3-го ряда, которые часто характеризуются более высокой стоимостью, нередко худшим профилем безопасности и не всегда доступны. В связи с этим с каждым годом все более и более актуальным становится рациональное использование имеющихся антибактериальных препаратов с учетом спектра их активности и профиля антибиотикорезистентности основных патогенов. Любые мифы о снижении эффективности и безопасности классических антибактериальных препаратов могут нанести непоправимый вред практическому здравоохранению, поскольку политика рациональной антибактериальной терапии затрагивает практически все области современной медицины, включая терапию, пульмонологию, фтизиатрию, педиатрию, оториноларингологию, гастроэнтерологию, гинекологию, микробиологию, клиническую фармакологию и пр. 12 февраля 2014 г. под эгидой Межрегиональной ассоциации по клинической микробиологии и антимикробной химиотерапии (МАКМАХ) состоялось заседание экспертного совета для обсуждения текущей ситуации с антибиотикорезистентностью и перспектив использования антибактериальных препаратов в лечении инфекций дыхательных путей и ЛОР-органов, инфекции Helicobacter pylori, микобактериозов и инфекций органов малого таза.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>инфекции</kwd><kwd>антибактериальная терапия</kwd><kwd>антибиотики</kwd><kwd>резистентность</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Страчунский Л.С., Белоусов Ю.Б., Козлов С.Н.
