В обзоре представлены современные литературные данные о взаимосвязях фибрилляции предсердий и артериальной гипертензии. Обобщены результаты исследований последнего десятилетия по оценке влияния повышенного артериального давления на частоту и тяжесть геморрагических осложнений антитромботической терапии у больных фибрилляцией предсердий. Представлены данные об эффективности и безопасности новых пероральных антикоагулянтов при наличии артериальной гипертензии. Рассмотрены практические аспекты применения антикоагулянтов и антиагрегантов у пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий в сочетании с артериальной гипертензией.
