Обобщены результаты исследований последнего десятилетия по оценке влияния повышенного артериального давления на частоту и тяжесть геморрагических осложнений антитромботической терапии у больных фибрилляцией предсердий. Представлены данные об эффективности и безопасности новых пероральных антикоагулянтов при наличии артериальной гипертензии.
