В статье рассмотрены аспекты применения ингибиторов АПФ при ИБС и. показано отсутствие класс-эффекта. Приведены данные о высокой эффективности периндоприла при стабильных формах ИБС. Рассмотрены патогенетические механизмы антиишемического эффекта периндоприла.
