Therapeutic drug monitoring is considered a promising tool for personalized anticoagulation that allows to prevent the development of complications associated with NOAC administration.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме применения новых оральных антикоагулянтов (НОАК) у пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий для вто-ричной профилактики инсульта.
