198 patients with first-ever cerebral stroke were studied. Affective disorders included depressions, generalized anxiety disorder, phobias were exposed in 71.2% of patients. Our study demonstrated that post-stroke anxiety disorders have different risk and pathogenetic factors. Anxiety disorders are associated with young age, phobias associated with women sex and inherited predisposition.

Обследованы 198 больных с первичным церебральным инсультом. Аффективные расстройства, включающие депрессию, генерализованное тревожное расстройство, фобии, были выявлены у 71,2% больных. Проведенное исследование показало, что постинсультные тревожные расстройства различаются по факторам риска и особенностям развития. Тревожные расстройства сочетаются с молодым возрастом, фобии связаны с женским полом и наследственной предрасположенностью.
