Its etiology is complex and based on an irrational aggressive immune response to the components of the gut microbiota in genetically predisposed individuals. In this review the article presents data on changes in bowel dysbiotic associated with CD. The role of the adhesive and invasive Escherichia coli as a potential factor involved in the development of CD.Escherichia coliCrohn's diseasemicrobiotadysbiosisEscherichia coliadhesive-invasive Escherichia coliболезнь Кронамикробиотадисбиозадгезивно-инвазивные Escherichia coli[Маев И.В., Андреев Д.Н.
