There is good evidence that CI is one of the main manifestations of developing encephalopathy in chronic liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes. At deficiency of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) and folic acid, hyperhomocysteinemia is observed in cognitive decline up to the development of dementia. The features of the CI in alcoholic lesion of the central nervous system are also discussed. The possible mechanisms of neuronal damage in the brain and dismetabolic of deficit states. The results of randomized clinical studies examining the efficacy of vitamins in patients with CI. Special attention is given to Berocca vitamins and minerals.</p>
Отдельное внимание уделено витаминно-минеральному комплексу Берокка.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cognitive impairment</kwd><kwd>dementia</kwd><kwd>hepatic encephalopathy</kwd><kwd>renal encephalopathy</kwd><kwd>diabetes</kwd><kwd>alcoholic encephalopathy</kwd><kwd>cobalamin deficiency</kwd><kwd>folic acid deficiency</kwd><kwd>hyperhomocysteinemia</kwd><kwd>prevention</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd><kwd>vitamin B</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>когнитивные нарушения</kwd><kwd>деменция</kwd><kwd>печеночная энцефалопатия</kwd><kwd>почечная энцефалопатия</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет</kwd><kwd>алкогольная энцефалопатия</kwd><kwd>дефицит кобаламина</kwd><kwd>дефицит фолиевой кислоты</kwd><kwd>гипергомоцистеинемия</kwd><kwd>профилактика</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd><kwd>витамины группы В</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Захаров В. Н.
