The article provides an overview of current capabilities to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment of hypertension using a triple combination antihypertensive therapy and the use of fixed combinations. The advantages of combination antihypertensive therapy, including long-acting dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker amlodipine, thiazide diuretic indapamide, and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors perindopril in various clinical situations. A review of research evidence on the effectiveness and safety of a fixed combination of amlodipine/indapamide/perindopril.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Неэффективный контроль уровня артериального давления у больных эссенциальной артериальной гипертензией у российских пациентов (менее 30% у женщин, менее 20% у мужчин) продемонстрирован в эпидемиологических исследованиях. В статье приводится обзор современных возможностей по повышению эффективности лечения артериальной гипертензии с помощью трехкомпонентной комбинированной антигипертензивной терапии и применения фиксированных комбинаций. Обсуждаются преимущества комбинированной антигипертензивной терапии, включающей длительно действующий дигидропиридиновый антагонист кальция амлодипин, тиазидоподобный диуретик индапамид и ингибитор ангиотензинпревращающего фермента периндоприл в различных клинических ситуациях.
