Unrecognized and untreated sleep disordered breathing may influence rehabilitation efforts and functional outcomes following stroke and increase risk for stroke recurrence. Improving screening and treatment for sleep disordered breathing is paramount in the secondary prevention of stroke and in improving stroke outcomes.</p>
Выявление и коррекция этих нарушений являются важным элементом вторичной профилактики и улучшения исходов инсульта.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>stroke</kwd><kwd>cerebrovascular disease</kwd><kwd>sleep disorders</kwd><kwd>sleep disordered breathing</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>инсульт</kwd><kwd>цереброваскулярная болезнь</kwd><kwd>нарушения сна</kwd><kwd>нарушения дыхания во время сна</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Котов С.В., Стаховская Л.В., Исакова Е.В. и др.
