The work focuses on the latest research on the effects of chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine on inflammatory processes associated with degenerative changes in the joint apparatus of the spine. Analysis of clinical trials data on the effectiveness of the combined ARTRA® preparation in chronic back pain allows one to consider it as a promising drug for the relief and prevention of relapses in back pain.</p>
Анализ данных клинических исследований эффективности комбинированного препарата АРТРА® при хронической боли в спине позволяет рассматривать его как перспективное лекарство для купирования и профилактики рецидивов боли в спине.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic back pain</kwd><kwd>articular apparatus of the spine</kwd><kwd>chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine</kwd><kwd>ARTRA</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хроническая боль в спине</kwd><kwd>суставной аппарат позвоночника</kwd><kwd>хондроитин сульфат и глюкозамин</kwd><kwd>АРТРА</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Muraki S, Akune T, Oka H. et al.
