This clinical picture is the key to diagnosing this disease. The advantage of setting the right diagnosis determines the optimal treatment tactics, it allows to avoid the appointment of additional survey methods. The article describes two clinical cases of idiopathic neural amyotrophy (Parsonage-Turner syndrome). Questions of the clinical picture, differential diagnosis and course of the disease are discussed.
