The pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension in CKD is complex and may be induced by left ventricular disorders and "uremic" risk factors. The article is discussed prognosis and therapeutic potential in patients with CKD</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>При хронической болезни почек часто отмечается развитие легочной гипертензии. Генез ее многофакторный, связанный со структурно-функциональными изменениями сердца и факторами, индуцируемыми уремией.
