Among non-infectious causes of pericarditis immunoinflammatory rheumatic diseases take an important place. The present review shows clinical presentation and results of additional studies in main forms of pericard damage (pericarditis, pericardial effusion, cardiac tamponage, and constrictive pericarditis). Also, incidence of pericard pathology in major immunoinflammatory rheumatic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and systemic scleroderma are presented. Basic approaches to treatment of different forms of pericarditis are presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Этиология заболеваний перикарда включает две большие группы нозологий - инфекционные и неинфекционные. Среди неинфекционных причин перикардитов важное место занимают иммуновоспалительные ревматические заболевания. В настоящем обзоре изложены клиническая симптоматика и данные дополнительных исследований при основных формах поражения перикарда (перикардит, выпот в полость перикарда, тампонада перикарда и констриктивный перикардит), представлены частота и особенности течения перикардиальной патологии при основных иммуновоспалительных ревматических заболеваниях, включая ревматоидный артрит, системную красную волчанку и системную склеродермию.
