The widespread prevalence, decline in the quality of life and the maladaptation of people of working age determines the relevance of these clinical problems in most developed countries of the world. At the same time, patients with the presented pathological conditions infrequently receive the necessary therapy in time and in full with proven effectiveness. The use of effective, pathogenetically justified drugs is the key to successful therapy, reducing the maladaptation of this category of patients and improving their quality of life.</p>
Применение эффективных, патогенетически оправданных лекарственных средств является залогом успешной терапии, снижения дезадаптации этой категории больных и улучшения качества их жизни.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>back pain</kwd><kwd>dorsopathy</kwd><kwd>memory impairment</kwd><kwd>cognitive impairment</kwd><kwd>sustained release ibuprofen</kwd><kwd>Brufen SR</kwd><kwd>choline alfoscerate</kwd><kwd>Cerepro</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>боль в спине</kwd><kwd>дорсопатия</kwd><kwd>нарушение памяти</kwd><kwd>когнитивные нарушения</kwd><kwd>ибупрофен замедленного высвобождения</kwd><kwd>Бруфен СР</kwd><kwd>холина альфосцерат</kwd><kwd>Церепро</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Atkinson JH.
