The risk factor for hyperuricemia and associated kidney damage, clinical variants of gouty nephropathy and approaches to its treatment are presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обсуждаются клинические варианты поражения почек при подагре, в том числе при бессимптомных нарушениях обмена мочевой кислоты.
